The super talented Cape Town-based composer, house producer & DJ, Blanka Mazimela took some time out to discuss his creative process as he is respected for making good quality house music. Blanka’s passion for creativity was ignited by the likes of Ryan Murgatroyd from Crazy White Boy who mentored him and together with a couple of other talented artists created a movement called Bantwanas. In this interview he shares how he likes to make music for long distance drives and sunday afternoon chilling sessions, he also shares a funny story of how he sat next to Msaki on a plane but he was too shy to make conversation.
