Karyendasoul is in great spirits as his hit track titled Imali featuring Nana Atta as well as Zakes Bantwini is currently number one on two leading South African radio stations.
Imali is currently the number track on the esteemed Metro FM top 40 chart and it’s also leading the pack on the Gagasi FM top 30 show countdown.
The track was released in 2021 on his four track Imizamo EP. On Imizamo, Afro-house producer and DJ Karyendasoul (real name Bonga Ntozini) creates a soothing sonic tapestry across four varied electronic tracks.
Producer BlaQRhythm helps to give the opening title track a deep-house effect and sets a soulful tone that’s amplified by Nana Atta’s emotive vocals.
The rich Afro-house melody of “Amagama” underpins the bold timbre of Maline Aura, and is juxtaposed with the uplifting, synth-rooted “Control”, featuring Priscilla on vocals and Sun-El Musician on production.
