A Night to Remember in Kenya
South African Afro House pioneer Da Capo is still basking in the energy of his sold-out show in Nairobi, Kenya, which took place on 10 October 2025 at the historic Railway Museum. The event was part of his Bakone experience — a musical journey that continues to connect hearts and cultures across Africa through rhythm, soul, and sound.
Tickets Sold Out Ahead of Time
Two days before the event, Da Capo took to social media to announce that the show had officially reached full capacity.
“We’re officially at full capacity! There will be NO tickets available at the gate, so if you didn’t get yours, you’ll have to catch us next time. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets, we can’t wait to see you there,”
he wrote, signaling the anticipation and excitement surrounding his Nairobi stop.

A Celebration of Music, Culture, and Connection
Hosted by Gondwana KE, the show brought together music lovers from across East Africa for a night of deep, soulful Afro House. The open-air venue, set against the nostalgic backdrop of Kenya’s Railway Museum, became the perfect stage for Da Capo’s signature sound — a fusion of hypnotic beats, lush melodies, and ancestral rhythm.
