The South African electronic music duo have released a new visual as they prepare to head to Amsterdam Dance Event and build towards a new body of music in 2027.
Liquideep are taking the next step in their return to music with the release of the official music video for “For The Night”, their first single following an extended hiatus.
The release arrives as the duo prepare to head to Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), adding momentum to a comeback that reconnects them with longtime supporters while introducing their music to a new generation of listeners.
A New Chapter for a Familiar Sound
Known for their blend of electronic, soul and house influences, Liquideep return to a South African music landscape that has continued to evolve during their absence.
“For The Night” marks the starting point of this new chapter. Its accompanying video gives the single a visual identity, extending the duo’s reintroduction beyond the track itself.
For fans who have followed their journey over the years, the release offers another opportunity to reconnect with a duo whose catalogue holds an enduring place in South African house music.
Heading to Amsterdam
With Amsterdam Dance Event next on their itinerary, Liquideep’s return is also taking them beyond South Africa’s borders.
The trip forms part of a broader period of renewed activity for the duo as they reconnect with audiences and explore opportunities internationally. The video’s arrival adds to that momentum, giving listeners another release to engage with as their comeback unfolds.
New Music Planned for 2027
“For The Night” is also the first step towards a larger offering, with Liquideep working on their next body of music, scheduled for release in 2027.
Details of the forthcoming project are still to be announced, but the single and video establish the beginning of that journey. Their return brings the opportunity to build on an existing musical legacy while making space for new ideas and listeners.
