CocoSA Music Records has formally announced that it is no longer represented by REPREZENT.AFRICA. The decision follows the early findings of an internal investigation, which point to suspected malicious activity and misappropriation of funds.
Warning to Promoters and Event Organisers
The label has urged all promoters, event organisers, and venue owners to immediately stop making payments to the individual or account previously associated with REPREZENT.AFRICA. Going forward, all financial transactions must be processed through verified CocoSA Music Records channels.
Only Official Invoices Will Be Honoured
CocoSA Music Records emphasized that bookings will only be confirmed upon the issuance of a formal invoice from an authorised representative of the label. Correct account details will be provided during this process.
No Attendance at REPREZENT.AFRICA Booked Events
In light of the situation, CocoSA will not be honouring any performances or appearances arranged through REPREZENT.AFRICA until further notice. The label is committed to resolving the matter transparently and swiftly.
