Ashler full name Mathulare Ashler Mathikge is a singer songwriter from Soweto.

Sprouting from a tight knit musical family Ashler has been recording music since the age of 15 as a treasured member of Soweto based record label Solid Beat Productions by 16.

Stamping her voice in history. At the age of 18 Ashler moved abroad to the United States, eventually making her way to the music capital of the South, Atlanta Georgia.

There she got to work with some of the greats in the music industry an array of artists and producers.

In 2011 Ashler made her first placement for co-writing for German/Turkish artist Embru Musiq’s debut Single “Do Me” with Atlanta based Producers”Trakkillaz”. Ashler worked as a session artist and songwriter for producers under SoSoDef, Grammy nominated Tim Bosky “Bosbillions”, Konvict Muzik, Jazzy Pha and Nigerian Artist Wizkid.

2015 Ashler released a single called Crazy world with ground breaking South African producer Quency. Upon relocating to South Africa Ashler took on a social quest to invest her in time in completing a qualification in the agriculture and making strides in the agri-space nationally and launching an Online Youth talk show called The Circle, addressing issues faced by a young Africans in an evolving society.

Ashler is back with her latest offering Full Bloom (8 track dance album set) which is released independently through 8020 MUSIQ under an exclusive licence to CCA and she is about to take the industry by storm with her sultry vocals and her whimsical lyrics.
