Musician, DJ and Producer, Felo Le Tee is set to release a short film titled ‘Contagious’, which encapsulates him versus his alter ego and is cleverly named after the artist’s previous EP.
In partnership with long-time cinema giant, Nu Metro, Felo excitingly picked the top-notch Hyde Park, Johannesburg location for his screening which took place tonight, where esteemed celebrities, media, Influencers and media personalities attended in support of Contagious.
Directed by Nigel StÖckl and Lindokuhle Malinga, Contagious sees the spotlight onthealter ego: Tsholofelo (real name) versus Felo Le Tee (stage name). Felo is at a point of taking over, as he shows this off through his confidence and powerful presence. The alter ego even goes by the dominant name, ‘Guluva’. Meanwhile on the other hand, Tsholofelo shows more of a calm and down-to-earth character that believes in love and the powerful connection it brings.
Not only is the love and connection shown for the beautiful lady featured, notably Anele Zondo, but also for the music and passion towards his work. It is a representation of the hold that music has on him as a human being and artist.
“I wanted the film to be a representation of how my music makes me feel. The team and I brought both sides of the alter ego coin into a visual artwork that I hope my fans will like and find intriguing. Music is contagious no matter where you are or who you are, hence it being a universal language and I plan on doing that through this project”,

The short film is a representation of Felo’s continuous growth and versatility, not just as a sought after Amapiano music genre pioneer and entertainer, but also as an artist and overall brand, which he hopes will translate well with music lovers everywhere, fans and new followers.
The Contagious short film is set to flight on leading youth and culture television brand, Channel O, on a yet-to-be-announced date.
Following that, it will be available on Felo Le Tee’s YouTube channel.
