Dr Thulz is one of South Africa’s most talented musicians, this vastly versatile multi-instrumentalist has played a pivotal role in the production of numerous successful songs in the country and has worked (and is still working) with the country’s most prolific music artists such as Prince Kaybee, De Mthuda, Msaki, Sino Msolo, Kwiish SA, Sir Trill, Kabza De Small, just to mention a few.
He is the only Dance Music Artist who has three jazz albums out concurrently and available online, where he is the sole composer, writer, producer, and mixing/mastering engineer of the music he has made.
This new album is titled: “The Doctor’s Notes”. Dr Thulz says the title of the album came from his fans:
“I posted a short video clip on Instagram and asked what I should call the album and people came with their suggestions and this was one of them, it really stood out for me and I decided to take it, got my graphic designer to create a really dope artwork and now we are moving.” I have seen dance music change lives and give people a well-deserved break from all the world’s turmoil and strife. When dance music is paired with good messages of hope and faith, it certainly does way more for people than any other genre can ever do. I’m in it to touch hearts and change lives.”
