Emotionz DJ has fast become a fan favourite over the past few months, releasing singles such as “Messiah” ft Cassper Nyovest, Zuma and Nobantu Vilakazi, Emotionz has managed to solidify himself in the ever-growing amapiano scene.
His music has garnered over 1.4 million streams over the past year, with over 1.2 million video views to date, proving that he is definitely on the rise and one of the artists to pay close attention to.
Soa Mattrix is also a force to be reckoned with, working with the likes of DJ Maphorisa and Mrumba Pitch, he has been recognised as one of the most sought-after DJs in the South African music scene.
The two partner up on the long play album titled “Finest” this July, consisting of eight songs with the hottest collaborations the project is expected to get major traction on radio and music streaming platforms.
When asked how it was working on the lead single Amapentshisi with Aymos, Emotionz enthusiastically said:

It was easy because Aymos is such a great creative, he came through for a studio session and he listened to the beat and in true Aymos style in few minutes Amaphentshisi was created.
