HOWEVER, THERE WERE A FEW MISHAPS, SEE THIS STATEMENT FORM HOMECOMING AFRICA:
Dear HA Patron. We are deeply humbled by the overwhelming support shown to the return of the Home Coming Africa Festival after a 3-year absence. Your partnership in keeping this dream alive is always appreciated. At HE we hold ourselves to the highest standard of consumer satisfaction and any inability to deliver that is of great concern to us. We are aware of the inconveniences caused by the crashing of certain partner payment systems as well as the pressure caused on our logistical layouts by having to address a surge in counterfeit ticket sales while processing legitimate ones. We are reviewing all service providers to ensure that our partners are on par with the standards we hold ourselves to. It is regrettable that a few unruly patrons caused the shuttle service to be withdrawn as a result of their vandalism, It is selfish acts of this nature which affect the organisers and other event attendees negatively, putting further pressure on logistics. We apologise for the discomfort caused and wish to reassure you that valuable lessons have been learned and will be mitigated better in future. Thank you for an awesome day and we cannot wait to see you in Sun City and Polokwane. Your Culture Shifting Friends at HomeComing Events.
