DJ and producer AirBurn Sounds is set to celebrate the launch of his new record label, AirBurn Sounds Productions, with the release of his first single, “One Mistake.”
Collaborating with the dynamic duo SlayZee MusiQ, the track also features rising talents Ashley Shxne and choreographer Bhathistar Black, marking a festive addition to the music scene as the holiday season approaches.
AirBurn Sounds describes “One Mistake” as a light-hearted party anthem that captures the essence of youthful celebration.
“It’s a fun song about a group of young people who just want to have good, clean fun and celebrate life,”
he explains.
“Sometimes, that’s all you want to hear—a happy and upbeat track.”
This single marks AirBurn Sounds’ debut as an independent artist after leaving major record labels.
“It was really a matter of time,”
he shares.
“I’ve spent years working behind the scenes as a producer, creating hits for others. Now, I want to come to the forefront not only as an artist but also to help aspiring musicians find their footing.”
In addition to “One Mistake,” AirBurn Sounds plans to release another single before unveiling his upcoming album, titled Genesis.
He describes this project as a symbol of new beginnings and a fresh start after facing significant challenges, including the theft of his music in 2009.
“We worked on this new project for three weeks straight, with no breaks,”
he says.
“It’s truly something special.”
The collaboration with SlayZee MusiQ was a natural fit, according to AirBurn.
“They bring a fresh element to my sound, and working together allowed us to create something authentic.”
Featuring newcomer Ashley Shxne’s soothing vocals and Bhathistar Black’s debut as a vocalist, the team aims to deliver a unique Amapiano experience.
With the launch of AirBurn Sounds Productions, the artist hopes to discover and nurture new talent. Ashley Shxne has already joined the label as its first signee, bringing her vibrant energy to the mix.
