Platinum-selling Amapiano producer and DJ, Dlala Regal—real name Kamogelo Malapane—has officially parted ways with his longtime manager, Senzo Siphesile Mabena. The artist made the announcement through a heartfelt statement shared on social media, citing a desire for growth and new opportunities.
In his statement, Dlala Regal expressed gratitude for the journey he and Mabena had shared, acknowledging the successes they achieved together but emphasizing that it was time for him to explore fresh opportunities that align with his vision.
“This decision was not made lightly, as we have shared many successes and milestones together. However, I believe it is time for me to take a new direction in my career, one that allows me to explore fresh opportunities, expand my creative horizons, and grow as an artist,”
he wrote.
The move marks a significant shift for Dlala Regal, who, alongside Mabena and brand strategist Sinethemba Jele, co-founded Vibe Boys Worldwide—a creative movement that has been instrumental in nurturing local talent in Daveyton, Gauteng. Under their leadership, Vibe Boys gained recognition for hosting successful events and providing a platform for emerging artists.

Dlala Regal’s rise to stardom began with his deep love for house music, which later led him to DJing and music production. After releasing his debut EP ‘AmaPiano 1520’ in 2019, he continued to build his brand, gaining national recognition with the viral success of ‘Dlala Captain’, a song that propelled him to platinum status.
