The Hitmaker Behind the Hits Finally Takes Center Stage
For years, Visca has been the quiet architect behind some of South Africa’s most unforgettable anthems. Now, the acclaimed producer is stepping into the spotlight with the release of his latest single, “Ngizojabula.”
A New Era, A Familiar Feeling
Blending nostalgic House textures with the signature flair of Amapiano, “Ngizojabula” is more than just a track — it’s a personal introduction. It signals a new chapter for Visca, one that sees him evolving from studio genius to front-facing artist, with a sound that bridges eras and emotions.
“It felt very reminiscent — just tapping back into that House era from back then,” Visca shares. “The whole plan was to dive into that sound and mix it with piano to see what comes out.”
From 2021 to Now: A Vision Realised
The inspiration behind “Ngizojabula” first sparked in 2021, during the wave of genre-defying remixes inspired by tracks like ‘Banyana’ by Tyler ICU and DJ Maphorisa. Fueled by the experimental spirit of the time, Visca reimagined These Tears into a fresh, genre-bending production — but finding the right voice proved a journey of its own.
“I tried getting the right vocalist on the instrumental since 2021 with no success — until a few studio sessions with Zee_nhle in 2024. We tried a few songs before we got this one specifically, and when we did, I just knew instantly she was perfect for it.”

Zee_nhle Delivers a Timeless Vocal Performance
Zee_nhle’s contribution to “Ngizojabula” transforms the track from a mere remake into an emotional powerhouse. Her soulful delivery elevates the song into a generational anthem — one that merges the past and present through melody and message.
A Message of Joy and Hope
At its heart, “Ngizojabula” is a song about joy, hope, and the comfort of knowing that happiness is just around the corner.
“I know people have amazing memories attached to the original sample,” says Visca. “When that dropped, it was a beautiful year, the energy made sense. That’s what I want people to take from this version — that comforting energy that everything will eventually come together. Happiness is the motto. I mean, the song says it all: ‘I’ll be happy when it all comes together.’”
A Confident Debut for a Defining Year
With “Ngizojabula,” Visca isn’t just releasing a song — he’s making a statement. Confident, nostalgic, and emotionally resonant, the track is poised to leave a lasting impression in 2025.
“I’m content. I’m excited it’s finally dropping. I have a feeling it will leave a mark musically for 2025 and do great things.”
