Africa’s Biggest Amapiano Celebration Returns to Loftus
Africa’s biggest Amapiano celebration, Betway Presents Scorpion Kings Live with Friends, is pulling out all the stops to ensure fans enjoy a safe, convenient, and unforgettable experience at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Friday, 29 August 2025.
Exclusive Transport Partnership for Fans
In partnership with Gautrain and PRASA, event-goers will now enjoy safe, seamless train travel to and from the stadium, making the journey as exciting as the show itself. The initiative aims to reduce congestion and encourage responsible celebration.
Smooth Travel to Loftus Stadium
Fans can take the Gautrain from any station directly to Pretoria Station, where they will be guided to dedicated PRASA trains heading to Loftus.
- PRASA trains will run from 13:30 (1:30 PM) until 20:30 (8:30 PM).
- Standard Gautrain fares apply, while PRASA offers an exclusive R20 return ticket special for the day.
Extended Late-Night Services
To ensure fans party without worrying about transport, services will run late into the night.
- PRASA trains will depart Loftus back to Pretoria Station between 23:00 (11 PM) and 01:30 AM.
- The final PRASA train leaves Loftus at 01:30 AM, connecting directly to the final Gautrain service at 01:45 AM.
A Full-Day Music and Culture Celebration
Beyond transport, Scorpion Kings Live with Friends promises a historic celebration of music and culture.
- Pre-show lineup: 25K, Banques, Dlala Thukzin, Blxckie, Venom, Vinny Da Vinci, DBN Gogo, DJ Christos, Ba Bethe Ga Shoazen, and Dinho.
