With multi-certified records, like #Ayepyep, Monate Mpolaye and most recently Suk’Emabhozeni, DJ Sumbody’s discography is definitely nothing to mess with.
Not to mention that his album “Ashi Nthwela is arguably one of the biggest albums of 2019/20 in the Amapiano realm.
The self-dubbed “Mayor of Pitori” has become a household name in the South African music landscape, and he’s set to become even more of a scene staple as he starts building momentum for the release of his next album with another festive banger “Lerato” (feat. Rorisang).
Talking about love and waiting for the right one, ‘Lerato’ narrates the story of love in a way and manner that is very nostalgic. Narrated by the vocals of Rorisang on a melodic yet hard-core gong, the love story will definitely keep us on the dance floor even beyond this festive season.
