Amapiano sensation Nia Pearl has reason to celebrate as her debut EP, Nia Lo, has surpassed one million streams since its release on August 9, 2024.
The announcement was made during the EP launch event, where Nia Pearl encouraged her fans to keep streaming and shared insights into the inspiration behind her music.
Nia Pearl’s journey began after she graduated in 2014, marking the start of her relentless pursuit to carve a niche in the music industry.
Her breakthrough came in 2020 with the feature single Nia Lo on Amapiano heavyweight Kabza De Small’s debut album. Released during the lockdown, the track introduced her artistry to a broader audience, solidifying her place in the Amapiano genre.
After a brief hiatus, she returned to the spotlight with the lead single Enchanted Mantra, released on July 31, 2024. This captivating collaboration with Amapiano maestro Kelvin Momo, along with emerging talents Stixx and Mzizi, has already amassed over 200,000 streams globally.
The single, described as a 13-minute musical journey, showcases Nia Pearl’s exceptional vocal talent, complemented by Mzizi’s contributions.
